About Glorious Sun

     One Peking, planned and financed solely by the Glorious Sun Group, located in the heart of Tsimshatsui. 

 

Glorious Sun Group was established in 1974.  The Yeung brothers started their business venture in 1974 as a small denim jeans factory.  After more than 40 years of development, The Group has grown into a diversified group with headquarters in Hong Kong, and its business has expanded to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and Singapore. The Group’s core business comprises property development, financial investments, hotel, retail and export of casual wear.

Glorious Sun began investing in property around 1985 and holds a number of premises in Hong Kong, Mainland China and around the world for leasing purpose. The major properties in Hong Kong include One Peking in Tsimshatsui and One Kowloon in Kowloon Bay. In 2019, the Group started its hotel business, Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon CBD2 in Kwun Tong, the second central business district in Hong Kong. The Group’s Headquarters in Mainland China, City Garden in Huizhou and the shopping mall, One Lakeside above the West Lake station of Dongguan-Huizhou Intercity Rail Line are also the Group’s landmark properties in Mainland. The Group also currently holds a number of commercial and residential buildings in Singapore, Australia, Canada and the United States for leasing purpose.

In September 1996, Glorious Sun Enterprises Limited (“GSE”) was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 393). The major lines of business are financial investments, retail and export of casual wear, interior decoration and renovation.
